Sky planner problem

This is the wrong place to put this but couldn't figure out where else. Have recorded the Sunday game over this last year but the last few are now locked and say they need the sky pin to unlock. Yet everything else is recording and playing no problem. Plus not sure of the sky pin to unlock Any help would be great. Smurph

Try the last 4 numbers of your viewing card (which is in the box) as your PIN if you hadn't changed it before.

Simply ring Sky and they will reset the pin to whatever you would like it to be or as previously said try the last 4 digits and sometimes its 4zeros when the new white cards were issued...
