I bought a blackberry curve two and half years ago for myself and other half and both are brilliant phones, cost 100 euro each then the mrs got given her brothers I phone 4 last month after he got upgrade, what a pile of ****, my blackberry has been dropped hundreds of times and still like new. And battery lasts 2 days, has MP3 player, camera (Shyte)

Mrs has gone back to the blackberry already, i phone drops calls, battery needs charging twice a day, slow to respond to anything. Way over rated . Now the I pad on the other hand is a genius .

I've an iPhone, I use it to play games and browse the Internet, the fact I can make calls with it is a bonus. It's well worth the 600 quid my boyfriend spent.

What is there to be jealous about? I had an expensive smartphone myself up until a few weeks ago, I wasn't crazy about the amount of time I spent browsing rubbish and decided to downgrade it.

It's the weird accusations of jealousy that grate. It's unnecessary and childish.

Nah I know plenty of people who aren't fans of iPhone/Apple aren't jealous and more than likely have a different type of smartphone themselves. I can't understand the big deal over Apple either. The stuff looks nice, that's about it IMO. Other brands look nice too. E.g. tablets: IMO it seems nuts to pay for an iPad when you can get a just-as-good (and less restricted) Nexus or Galaxy for far less.
Macs are considered the best product for people who are graphic designers etc - that's about the only example of it making sense to fork out extra for an Apple product IMO.

But people who get livid merely over others having an iPhone, and coming up with all sorts of assumptions about them, don't make any sense.

Yeah you get the same thing on gaming sites where it's ps3 versus Xbox, and now ps4 versus Xbox one. People practically foaming at the mouth saying the other is shite and that they are obviouslly retarded and crap like that. I mean, nobody should give a damn which you prefer.

Ps3/ps4 is better though.
