There's free (and moderately reliable) wifi in the coffee shop downstairs, but not in the wards.

Hopefully she will have a bed by the window so the 3G reception might be a bit better.

3G reception with 3 or Vodafone is very poor in a few of the "inner" rooms

Good wifi on No 5 bus and it'll drop her off at the door. Bus every 15 mins so if you time it right !

If not sure of the timeing, leave her on the bus as it does a loop route and will eventually get her there. In the meantime she's enjoying the full benefit of wifi.
She'll be to bizey to bother emailing you for a while then, so you should have a chance to get a nice pint or two.

Might be your last tho !!

ps. Best of luck to both of you.

the wifi is for consultants and drs only- not midwives or managers. As for wifi in house- will she not be busy having the baby and then minding said baby and recovering from same?
I have seen long term patients in with dongles. Only suitable option
