Parking near the US Embassy in Ballsbridge

Anyone know of any handy parking spots near here? I don't want to have to walk too far. I know the hotel down the road has parking but is very expensive. Only going to be there for an hour or two. I presume there's on street parking nearby for 3 euro p/h or so?

Ballsbridge park road is worth a look. Check it out on google maps. Its free.

Loads of parking on Clyde Road, Elgin Road etc round the back.

+1 Never had a problem getting parking here within a stone's throw of the embassy. Bonus is that there's usually some sort of security presence at the embassy vehicle/side entrance.
