Top up someone else with no password or contact

    My boyfriend is on holiday in Europe. We talked earlier and he said he only had about €1 credit left and asked me to buy him some and text him the top up number. I did, but realised his €1 was likely used up in receiving the phone call. I don't know his password to log into his account online and top him up and he can't receive calls or texts because he has no credit. Is there any way to top him up?
