Top up someone else with no password or contact

My boyfriend is on holiday in Europe. We talked earlier and he said he only had about €1 credit left and asked me to buy him some and text him the top up number. I did, but realised his €1 was likely used up in receiving the phone call. I don't know his password to log into his account online and top him up and he can't…
