Are all car checks as good as each other?

I ran a car check on mywheels.ie that showed up nothing of concern about a car I am interested in. But the full check cost me €12 and I see others priced up to €35.

Are they any more detailed or reliable? Is there one that is recommended to use to check out a car?

Can't comment on mywheels but the last time I checked a car it was a bit odd so I had to query it: Cartell only responded to my second email, and were unhelpful; whereas MotorCheck responded straight away, at night, and went away and did some manual research for me. I'll be using MotorCheck next time.
