    I was looking at getting a new budget laptop and stumbled upon the
    Packard Bell EasyNote TE11HC and packard bell easynote te b960 however i'm struggling to find any decent reviews of either laptop.
    However i have found alot of old reviews about the Packard Bell brand.
    I was wondering is it really as temperamental as it seems?
    Does anyone have one? How do they find it?
