Hehe yeah tell me about it
Not just 8.3 liters but 8.3 liters of the most expensive oil ever (assuming since you have the same engine the oil requirements are the same.)

I used Mobil 1 today and on a trip to mayo today the car feels great, such a noticeable difference! I always thought Castrol was overrated compared to competitors that are just as good, Castrol over priced too.

Bentley Continental Flying Spur! I said I wanted to break my 12 cylinder virginity and had been considering a 10 year I'd Phaeton for about £8k. Another Irish expat mate and I are talking about sharing a sports saloon so we've upped the budget. Last week we looked at Jag XJRs at about £17k. Holy **** it moved like stink, he got it up to 90 on a B road (60 mph limit). But, and it's a big but, it would be a bit tight in the back for European drives (principal interest). Looking for a long wheel base (Super V8 rather than XJR) is proving difficult as they're very rare.

The Bentley for an 05 can go as low as £25k (a decent bit of money) and it's some car. Much larger than the Jag but not an opportunity to open it up this weekend. (In any event it wasn't the £25k car so we wouldn't have been buying it.). We each have other cars, insurance is not crazy and we have underground parking spaces. Maybe a post 40 crisis. If it gets bought, I'll post pics.

Surely small change for a man doing 60k miles a year in a petrol :P

Wouldn't have thought they would (in diesel mode) go much less than that tbh

This light keeps coming on and it says 50 miles left :(

There never accurate so I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it bothers you that much reset the tripometer and take her down the motorway and check again.

Lads I got the coil springs and new wheels fit at last but jasus it's sitting high. How long before they should settle and are a few knocks to be expected since the suspension is up so high? Feel like I'm feeling every little bump.

It will settle no more than 10mm man, what mm drop were you going for? what size wheel did you go from and to?
And what spring rate did you get that would tell you why your feeling the bumps.

Well these arrived, makes loads of difference.
Looks so much better then the badly painted ones. My first car mod.

Oh they are stock OEM springs and OEM 15" alloys (had 15" steelies, wheels are a little wider). I've literally only done 2KM since though.
