Do you think we'll get 40ish takers? It'd be midweek too

No way! Could it be done as part of a regular track day as opposed to an exclusive boards event?

Not a chance of having 40.
But is there anyway we could get in on another track day?

Is there an open track day that anyone can go too? Arrange a boards track day that way, as its easier to find 10 who'll commit than 40.

Open track days are every bank holiday Monday I believe.

Could we try arrange one for the October bank holiday Monday then?
Gives people enough time to clear plans/make up their mind/find the dosh.

    +1
I dont think we will ever get 40 people. Especially midweek, as there are regular posters in cork, limerick, galway etc.

I like the idea of going on a regular track day, an open one.

How much does it cost? And would it be difficult to get a clear track ?

Too many smoke burners on here for the track to remain clear though sadly.

From now until the foreseeable future, I doubt I'd have the time for a track-day.
And definitely not a midweek one!!

I'd love to go to one. (October bank holiday is NO for me!!!)
    Maybe after Christmas!
(that is right I just used the C word)

New Year's Day track day. :pac:

I'm sure if a few people enjoy it, they'd be up for one again at the next bank holiday.

Came to the realisation the other day that If I wasn't living in Dublin City Centre and I was at home in kk I could easily afford a new car..

Of course I would also be living at home again which would be painful after about a fortnight id say :pac:

I'll have to find a happy medium. have a hankering for a quattro TT,

Was up at Mondello this morning, if you get a chance to see them do, new Ferrari f12 being hammered on the track was my highlight.
Some dignan chap too was getting the gallardo sideways anytime he could.
Would definitely go there again if they start it there from now on.
Except the rain of course :(

It was pretty amazing. We went up to the track because there was an Italian day on. All the cars of each brand went out together, Alfas, Fiat, Lancia, Abarth, Ferrari, Maserati etc etc.

It was an amazing day.......more so as for the first time ever I didn't have my phone to take pictures.

A lot of the European owners clubs turned up so there was 100's of cars

Well that explains an awful lot! :pac: I had a new number of muppets cutting out in front of me on the motorway today, a resounding, and quite frightening 26!
