    It's not certain whether it was electric burns or frostbite, my bet is on electric as those tootsies look more fried than necrotic from frost.

    That's severe frostbite. Removing the footwear caused the loss of necrotic flesh. I remember reading about it somewhere.

    Looks like packing from an extended laparotomy puncture, the other is under the plaster. This is common in appendix surgery now, even here.

    It's a spider therefore has 8 legs. This fuzzy fella is using his two rear legs to propel himself out of the trap and it may look like he has another 8 legs but the front two are abnormally big chelicerae (kinda like antennae on an insect)
