NCI Student Accommodation - Any experiences?

Was thinking about applying due to guaranteed places for incoming first years. Just want to know if anyone has had any experiences with it in previous years? What was the atmosphere/condition/rules like?

It's good their, plenty of parties, not to strict most staff are fairly relaxed.
