PS3 Live Event Viewer App

A new Live Event Viewer app will allow PlayStation 3 owners to access a wide variety of both free and pay-per-view events.
The app, which goes live with the schedule PSN update today, aims to bring all manner of live events, from wrestling to concerts to races, to the PlayStation 3. These include the WWE SummerSlam Championships, which happen this Sunday. The app will offer a variety of events, some free and others for purchase. SummerSlam, in keeping with WWE policies, will be a pay-per-view event, which we confirmed with a Sony representative.

It would be nice so long as we wouldn't get US PPV prices.

i downloaded it through my US acc. - so i should be grand streaming Gamescon through my PS3 next week :-)
