    What dies the euro symbol mean beside a channel on guide ? Have ariva 150 Thks

    Presumably the same as the $ sign on some other receivers? Signifies an encrypted pay channel.

    What dies the euro symbol mean beside a channel on guide ?

    I've come across this occasionally with some FTA channels where a FTA search doesn't find and store the channel and a pay-TV/encrypted channel search is required, once found and stored it appears as a normal FTA channel. Don't know why this happens.
