Port Tunnel Speed detection

    Anyone know if the speed detection units built into the Port Tunnel report the information to the Gardai for fixed penalty points?

    There is none in the tunnel that I'm aware of. Pretty easy to put in place though all the same.

    Be careful coming up to the port tunnel from the city side,its only a 50km speed limit,i got nailed with two of the finest there a few years ago.
