    Student Accommodation available in Milltown/Dundrum area from late August/early September. Flat share with two girls (2nd and 3rd year arts students). Females and males accepted.

    Within walking/cycling distance of UCD. Also near Dundrum shopping centre and very close to Luas and bus to city centre just outside.

    Rent: 330 perm month (includes bins, tv and heating) plus another 35 per month for electricity and internet. Excellent value!
