    I just looked online, they were charging 7.5% commission and handling fees! For CHARITY collections!

    And the CEO's of a lot of charities in this country are on 6 figure salaries. Geniuses.

    If a director of a company continues to trade after it has become obvious there is insolvency, is that not fraud in this jurisdiction?

    All money collected for charity events should be paid to the organisers of the event or into a nominated bank account. All expenses are then paid by the organisers to whoever is owed money.
