Terrible English late-90s/early-00s

I'm trying to remember the name of this terrible English TV show (at least I think it was English) from the late-90s/early-00s. It was a reality TV show (I think) and the basic premise is that there would be this nightclub and each show would have two guys competing each other to see who could get the most kisses/numbers. Each thing would have a score and whoever had the highest score won. However, there were women that were part of the show and if they approached these and kissed/got numbers, they lost points.

It was absolutely terrible but I remember loving it when I was younger. Anyone remember the name?
