    I think it depends on having players of a higher quality in the same position not loads of 70 rated kids.

    i'd agree with you

    i said something similar, well i was asking peoples opinions/replying to the 'value of the low rated players to big clubs, are they really worth it?'

    at times they aren't, its time consuming, even more so if you research them yourself instead of blindly following what someone says on the SM forum
    & what you make isn't that much

    as well some players in certain teams/leagues you really need to get them before the first increase as they're worth far far more to them & you really are paying way over the odds

    signing every player added to the DB, this wonderkid from Lethoso or playing in div 4 is the same
    maybe now with the new ratings system its different but before some leagues go a year or more without ever getting reviewed, etc.

    i signed a guy from brasil at the start of the season there, he went up 3 is now worth to me what i paid for him :pac: though i know how to get the most if i want to sell him - you probably do as well if you've played a while - but as well i can afford to keep him until he rises again, not great though if i was looking for a riser to sell off straight away after he want up for a decent profit
