Auto locksmith that can code Toyota SKS?

SKS = smart key system, aka, keyless entry and start. Lost a fob and bought a 2nd hand one on ebay, so need old one deleted from the car's system, and new one added. Anyone know an auto locksmith that can do this? Any I've contacted don't seem to have figured out how to reply to emails, which isn't inspiring!

why not just get toyota to do it? if the new key u got does not have the same chip in it, you cant code it.
