    Background Intel:

Saddam Hussein was internationally known for his use of chemical weapons in the 1980s against Iranian and Kurdish civilians during and after the Iran–Iraq War. It is also known that in the 1980s he pursued an extensive biological weapons program and a nuclear weapons program, though no nuclear bomb was built.

After the 1990-1991 Persian Gulf War, the United Nations located and destroyed large quantities of Iraqi chemical weapons and related equipment and materials throughout the early 1990s.

Inspections by the UN to resolve the status of unresolved disarmament questions restarted from November 2002 until March 2003,[2] under UN Security Council Resolution 1441, which demanded Saddam give "immediate, unconditional and active cooperation" with UN and IAEA inspections, shortly before his country was attacked.[3]

During the lead-up to war in March 2003, United Nations weapons inspector Hans Blix had found no stockpiles of WMD and had made significant progress toward resolving open issues of disarmament noting "proactive" but not always the "immediate" Iraqi cooperation as called for by UN Security Council Resolution 1441. He concluded that it would take “but months” to resolve the key remaining disarmament tasks.[4]

The United States asserted this was a breach of Resolution 1441 but failed to convince the UN Security Council to pass a new resolution authorizing the use of force due to lack of evidence.[5][6][7]

U.S.-led inspections agreed that Iraq had earlier abandoned its WMD programs, but asserted Iraq had an intention to pursue those programs if UN sanctions were ever lifted.[15] Bush later said that the biggest regret of his presidency was "the intelligence failure" in Iraq,[16] while the Senate Intelligence Committee found in 2008 that his administration "misrepresented the intelligence and the threat from Iraq".

[17] A key CIA informant in Iraq admitted that he lied about his allegations, "then watched in shock as it was used to justify the war".[18]

    ... ?

That figure allows foe a 10% margin from the looks of it.
Legal up North, but not here.
If you really need the extra few fps you will have to change the spring when you cross the border.

    Personally I wouldn't bother.

Ensure your weapons are within the FPS limits.

(AMMENDMENT) As you know there is a discretionary allowance for sites in NI and UK. We allow this BUT this is not an excuse for players to crank guns up to the max. 95% of players guns are within fps limits. It is the responsibility of a player to observe greater distance when the variation comes into play. HOT GUNS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! We know that in the south it is a strict 328fps and praise the ROI airsoft community for the respect and honesty they give to this.

May I remind people of the forum rule:
    * There will be no discussion of airsoft greater than 1 joule.
    Thanks.

    For information...........http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisi/2004/702/schedule/1

The Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004

    That's spot on.

Just to update and I know its a bit off topic but important. The fs in the north is max 328fs. We confirmed this with PSNI Firearms yesterday.

So we are totally in line with you guys.

Thx - I promise I will not say another word about this on this thread steve. lol thx
