Flubit - not so perfect!

Just wanted to put in a word about my experience ordering with Flubit as I heard about it here first. Bought a Nexus 10 from them and couldn't have found the whole process easier or simpler to follow.

Unfortunately my nexus 10 had problems and needed to be returned for refund. Flubit wanted to send me a return bag and label from Google to go to them directly. Fine, no probs. Never received it, Flubit went to chase it up and haven't heard anything since. My case was escalated to senior returns and heard nothing from them. I had to email again to try and find out what was going on. At this point I've had to resort to Paypal dispute to try and resolve this - very disappointing.

Great ordering service, shame about the appalling aftercare. Think twice about using them is my advice. Pity, it's a great idea. I'll never be using them again.
