The ubiquitous 'find me a vehicle' thread

Need a jeep. Will be using it as my main vehicle. Probably doing no more than 8k miles a year. Will be pulling a cattle trailer, at most, 3 or 4 times a year. Also will be used to cross not very rough fields.
Have 5k to spend.

Yeah, that'd prob be first choice.
I see a 05 3l one on donedeal with 165k km for 7700. That seems incredibly steep to me. Is it the going rate?

Auto is a good thing on a LandCruiser or Pajero.

Was never a fan of automatics untill I bought a Jeep. The big diesel engines marry up well to auto box. If your going to be off road look out for 4x4 with a transfer box high low gears
