Do the majority here have regular bike shoes ?

i have tri shoes, looking at getting a new pair. I prefer to do a flying mount start on the bike but presume this is a tad trickier with regular shoes ???

    Depends on the shoes.

I have Spesh S-worx shoes for road cycling and long course racing.
Spech Trivents for short course racing.

The road shoes are just more comfortable for longer riding.

i have the trivents too and never had issues with them regarding comfort.
its just teh selection is a lot smaller on tri shoes and eh the colours too :o

Mate was too tight to buy tri shoes so he went to a tailer and had loops put on the back of his road shoes:D

just curious, do you leave them attached to the bike even for long course?
