So you used to be able to book a bus straight through from Dublin through to Brussels say, I can't figure out how to do that anymore without booking a return to London and then from London onwards, anyone have any ideas?

Well theres now more than eurolines that do it. You can book eurolines from Dublin to London or Megabus from Rosslare to London and either megabus from London to Brussells or Eurolines. Megabus is usually cheaper
