Amiko Alien 2+ Triple Tuner - DVB-T2 Tuner

    New to all of this, can anyone give me a dumb-downed summary of what makes this better than the 'Amiko Alien 2' ??

    Is it simply the 'DVB-T2' bit? Ill google that. Anything else stand out?

    Yes basically the same with a different tuner for terrestrial and by getting the T2 version you are 'future proofing' so go for the T2 over the T tuner.

    Didnt miss it, I'm just not knowledgeable enough yet to understand that thread, to compare with the new box.

    And to be fair for newcomers there is a huge amount of information in that thread. I was terrified of that thread a few weeks ago.

    I had a beautifully set up Amiko Alien 2 Triple Tuner having grabbed an Enigma 2 image from a boards posting
    But this week my little toddler pressed some buttons and it seems the satelite tuner is not working. It cannot find any signals when it searches, but I am not sure what he did. Anyone know what the tuner configuration settings should look like ?
