I have been offered a course that basically teaches how to use MS office and windows. I can already use them perfectly well. It seems like a waste of my time and theirs. I'm sure the space could be used better if it was given to someone who actually needs it.

My problem is I don't know if it will look bad if I say no to it? Or if it could stop my welfare payments?

Tell them this course is of no benefit to you as you have all ready covered its content and ask for a course that is more appropriate to your needs.
