Returning items to New Look store bought on their website?

Can you do this? I've looked it up on their website but it doesn't mention that you can on the eu website, it seems to be just for the UK but then I have bought stuff from Dorothy Perkins online before and I didn't think you could return it to the store but it turns out you can! Has anyone bought anything from New Look…

Yep i have done this, and even if you buy it on the uk New look store you can still return it to an irish store which is cool.
