Soft Bricked My Galaxy S4 - Official Firmware?

Hi All I've stupidly soft bricked my S4 and now I need to reinstall the stock firmware for it. Do you know where I can do this/get the stock firmware from? I'm with 3 Ireland. Any ideas very grateful.

Try this for flow/procedures but you need s4 rom

if you have kies can you not do an emergency firmware re-install?

it should pull down the latest fw revision and install it

Yeah fixed it fairly easily, just went into download mode on the phone and reinstalled the firmware via Oden (Odin?)
