They used to beat RAW in the ratings all the time but they fúcked it up some way, i read about it ages ago but forget what when on, then they got bought by McMahon

bischoff left and they kept pushing the same old talent then wwe booker russo came in and destroyed the company making it in to a wwe copy cat. jericho was the first visible sign of wwe getting the upper hand on wcw before that the wwe got wcw rejects such as stunning steve austin and hunter hurt helmsley.

in that year wcw lost the giant benoit eddy saturn raven and malenko. as a wcw fan from the start it was hard to watch,but in the end they destroyed themselves jericho was used well and pushed big but not enough,they let golberg beat raven in 5 seconds they really miss used their young talent.
