    Writing is poor but it's fine once I write bit slower.

    Proof reading. My Grammar is not too bad but I always forget check spelling before posting and can make no sense.

    Also cant seem to stick to plan or Schedule always changing.

    Remember important details while on the phone. The person will say "hi this is Mary/Jim/Paul etc................." 5 seconds later I cant remember their name and i'll have to ask them again at the end of the conversation.
    I've learned a little trick to it, I'll say "sorry your name is?", They say "Paul" and I'll say "sorry Paul, I meant your surname".;)

    Why can't we just keep the numbers and letters apart? They really shouldn't mix - it's not right.

    We never see numbers masquerading as letters. Letters are more honest.

    Actually another thing just from previous post is Names.

    I keep forgetting people names. Give me their date of birth and I will remember it, but cant remember names to save my life.

    I get told someone's name and forget it seconds later, I have to say "nice to meet you John" or whatever just so it sticks in my head. But I remember the most random trivial stuff. I suck at maths too, can't do mental sums to save my life I really should practice it more.
