FFS supposed to be a max refund of €100. I can have €41.27 on Djokovic at 8/11 online

Powers are even more pathetic than even I thought

Can't stand Andy Murray. As long as he doesn't win I'll be happy!

Seamless, 5:20, 1/50 on Hills, is the shortest price I've ever seen a horse.

Ah he'll fall away over the course of the next few days.

    Unlike his weight.

I remember a horse called Victory Spin winning at 1/66. The tote in the UK were duty bound to pay 1.10 at the time (I'm guessing c1999)

One of the tabloids had a headline along the lines of "Tote punters do a victory spin"

    Sorry to hear that.

Chin up and all, there's people in much worse positions out there. Cavan for example.

Actually Carlow is probably the worst county i've ever had the pleasure of being in. Absolute dive. The armpit of Ireland.

Don't let SRFC hear you insulting King Willie's place of residence!

I went to college in Carlow for about a month before I dropped out. Was decent back then but this was bout 7 years ago. College at 17 is not a good idea needing ID to get into places.

Leitrim isn't too bad, Roscommon is far worse, Longford is a right hole.

Been living and loving it on the costa brava for the last year but her indoors got offered a job in Sydney and visas, flights and all sorts included so can't look a gift horse in the gob. Going in 6/8 weeks.

Lived there in '99. Fantastic city. But it's gonna be hard to pay $70 for a bottle of Tanqueray having paid €13.50 for the last year.

I am firmly of the opinion that Glastonbury is best watched from the comfort of one's own couch with a cold beer in hand & the option to switch away when there's a rubbish band on....
