Debenhams - What is wrong?!

    I have been to trying to make a relatively small purchase to the value of less than €30 on the debenhams online site. Between yesterday and today it WILL NOT WORK. It keeps declining my card for no reason. I rang my bank and they said there was absolutely no issue.

    I then tried another card belonging to my mum and another card belonging to my sister and neither work. This is a combination of banks, visas/MasterCard and credit card and debit cards and none of them are working.

    When I go to try and find a contact number for them, this seems to be another impossible task. I can't find an email address or an Irish phone number. What is wrong with this crew?

    it's the date format I think you have to use 2013 format for the year

    Tried that too, gave up in the end, never got speaking to a single debenhams rep.

    Well I ordered something for €28 and had problems paying too until I realised that the date format was 06/2013 then it went through fine. But it gave me an error message, never said it was declined.

    You know what it might have been the month were you using 06, I think it might have been just 6. Anyway my order disappeared in transit.....typical
