Charm Bar, How Do I Disable It

I swear I am like 5 minutes away from throwing my laptop out the ****ing windows

I hate it I hate it I hate it

:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: x infinity

I have tried everything to disable it and it will not go away

on a happier not I finally got my start button back

make the charm bar go away

thanks for your help but I get as far as mouse but cannot find device settings

im using inspiron 17se

Do you have an Icon in your Control Panel called DELL TOUCHPAD? That would be what you are looking for rather than Mouse. Settings for swiping can be found in there.
