why did my father get blackmailed by an esb customers service rep?

she rang him and demanded money in an hour, so she got abusive, he was working on a school bus, he couldnt abandon it/ them. anyone else experience this before? very unproffesional

To look into this further, we would need your father to get in touch with us directly, as we can only discuss the account and any complaints in relation to it with the registered account holder (or an authorised contact).
