Anyone look into this lately? Our smartphone packages are coming to the end of their 24m contract and we're back in the market for what is the best package.

    Hi

I'm in the same position as well. I have just finished a 2 year contract and run a small business from home. I am waiting to hear more about the new fibre optic options coming on stream since last month (availability depending on where you live).

Can someone please wave a magic wand and tell me where to call for reliable always on Internet at home, landline with free local and national calls, a new smartphone with unlimited calls, texts, data. All for €60-80 per month???
    Thanks

O2's latest pay as you go offer gives unlimited any network and land line calls plus 550 texts if you top up by just €20 a month.
That's the best call and text one out there at the moment.
If you don't text much, you can jig it to have a 100 texts and 250mb data(plenty for reading here) for the same price.

The bundled offers catch you out with the derisory amount of minutes included with mobiles anyway from what I can see.

True enough, its all down to coverage with the mobile operators

Wow that's a brilliant offer. I'm with three at the moment and what they've offered is much less than this.

Anyone with emobile? Met someone today and they're happy with them. We did a speed test and hers was x4 times faster download than mine! No trouble with failed calls/ poor reception either. They've a €32 sim only deal for 30 days which I may try out.

When you say crap service, do you mean customer service or mobile and 3G reception?
