sigma teleconverter.

    hi all. was thinking of buying (2nd hand) sigma 2x teleconverter.what i'd like to know is,will it work with canon lenses,or do the lenses have to be sigma. :confused:

    If its got the gubbins for a canon body it'll work with any lens that also has the gubbins for a canon body.*


    * 'gubbins' is not an actual technical whatchamacallit...... Word.

    If the lens has an aperture larger than f2.8 then no autofocus on the body. Personally I wouldnt bother with the 2x, go for the 1.4x instead. Less mushy
