I believe a United States Coast Guard Casa left Baldonnel at around 9.15. So it could well be that. It is on its delivery flight, arrived from Spain yesterday and just departed to Iceland, on its second leg of the journey. 2315 HC-144A.

It was the US Coast Guard Casa ex Baldonnel - heading for Keflavik.
