Sorry for that if I made you uncomfortable.

She has it just above her "FANNY" so.

TL/DR: Lets not hate Tulisa because she likes a bit of sniff. Let's hate her because she's a pain in the hole participant in a sh*t talent show and gives crap gobblers.

Absolutely- I couldn't give a flip whether she takes or sells drugs, whatever. But she must be as thick as a ditch to reveal all that info to someone she didn't really know. Just as this poster says:

For most crimes there's a public interest defence for journalists if the police/DPP tried to prosecute. Doesn't extend to phone hacking, however.

She really only has herself to blame, Mazher Mahmood has been doing these stories for 20 years and people still get caught out. Simple rule - if you are famous or doing something dodgy that is newsworthy and are approached by this guy (perhaps dressed as the 'Fake Sheikh") it's a sting.

Watch the video on this page- she's either ridiculously trusting of people or ridiculously stupid. As is her dealer/rapper friend fella. It was SO obvious they were being set up:

I thankfully never saw that- even clothed he is disgusting. A more icky gross excuse for a human being scrote I have rarely seen. *shudder*

Is there no entrapment law in the UK?

I love the way she explains the code. Like the bad guy who gets caught in a film, she goes in to great detail to explain how it works

cheap slag is in the media. cheap slag gets what's coming to her.

Why do you think she's a slag?

Can't believe this is actually a crime, she called some guy she knew who was a drug dealer, did she actually deal anything?

You didn't make me uncomfortable. All you did by using that term was make me think you'd never seen one in real life, except the one you came out of that is. :pac:

Stuff just tends to flow out of your mouth when your on coke. There's no filter.
I feel sorry for her tbh. There's a lot worse a person can do.

Christ I was mad to see this ultra-secret code she was on about only to discover she asked for "three white sweets" when she wanted three grams coke. Hardly the f*cking Enigma code is it? On top of that then she starts boasting about all the gangsters and drug dealers she knows etc. I'm from a dog rough area and met a few of these type characters growing up, although nowadays in my mid-20s I can safely say that things life fighting on the streets and getting wrecked and generally doing the b*llocks is a complete waste of time. And "bad man gangsters" usually end up coming to quite a sad end themselves. The fact she thinks that knowing arseholes and criminals is something to be proud of clearly demonstrates how much of an absolute spastic this one really is.

I hate anything to do with the inane puke-fest that is the X Factor at the best of times, this just caps it all off. And The Sun can f*ck off as well. They all contribute to societal brain-rot in my opinion.

Its quite sad to hear a successful grown woman brag about being able to get drugs. She sounded like an easily impressed 13 year old 'iz can get drugs'. The hook up isnt exactly Pablo fcuking Escobar if he handles the drugs himself and drives half way across London to sell a half ounce.

She will go the way of Kerry Katona or however you spell her name.

annoying the way they're making it out that she's a drug dealer, I mean does someone who lives in this house need to make money from £800 worth of cocaine? :P

I don't think this is entrapment TBH, she wasn't coerced into committing any crime

And I think entrapment only applies to the Police, these were journalists.

Entrapment isn't about coercion, it's about getting a person to commit a crime they otherwise wouldn't have committed. She wouldn't have arranged for the sale of the drugs unless he had asked for them. That's not to say she hasn't done it in the past…

News of the World story on John Terry's dad was entrapment, says judge

In what sense is he using the word? Literally or legally?

I.e. the point of entrapment laws is to protect people from being convicted for crimes they otherwise wouldn't have committed. It would be strange to say it was entrapment and then convict him anyway.

It may literally be entrapment but I'm fairly confident legally entrapment is limited to the Police.

Edit - Wiki says it has to be someone in an "official capacity".

I suppose it's a bit of a minefield, but it looks as though she would have otherwise done this to me going by the reports, not that I'm any kind of legal expert

I think since he pleaded guilty he was going to be convicted. I'd say possibly he might have been able to fit it on grounds of entrapment and gone free. I'll confess and say I don't know the ins and outs of the whole thing. Article here debating it in relation to journalists:

'That' wiki or Wiki in general?

Because Wiki in general is known to be fairly reliable.

Seems to be the standard response to sneer and say that Wikipedia is unreliable all right, when that statement is actually incorrect.

if you're not really sure on what you're looking at in the first place (have some idea on it) or check elsewhere too, wiki could/can make you look a right fool

timing also plays a part in it, a lot of the bogus stuff i've seen does seem to be taken off quick enough but if it's not when you're on it...
