What a nice day to be waltzing around Ringsend and Irishtown :)

Saw an E92 M3, pointing out it's bulge on the bonnet and the sound from the lights as it tore away. Friend says to me "that bulge is there to compensate for other bulges the driver can't produce...." :pac::pac::pac:

I was at the trackday in Mondello today, having some braking issues which I'm putting down to wanked front pads, the back was biting and locking up. In the afternoon session one of my front tyres made a break for it and tried to come off the rim, putting me into the grass in a big way. Brown trouser moment alright lol

A rough and ready green-ish one?

Regularly see it on the N7 if so, if not, there's another one rockin' a type-r badge... TBH I'd rather see a type-r badge on a carina than on a 1.4 Civic :pac:

Have my car gleaming today in the sunshine.
I say we ban anyone that doesn't make the most of the weather and at least throw the hose over the car. :p

The focus is seriously dirty. Was checking the coolant level today and seen a sticker of when the timming belt was done when it was at the mechanic just 2 weeks ago. Then I looked at the clock and I have done over 2k km in two weeks  I was shocked o don't normally do that much.

To make it worse it hasn't been washed since it came back from the mechanics. Just been a hectic 2 weeks but I will hopefully spend most of the day cleaning it tomorrow. I want to take of the alloys and clean them properly I always see everyone here doing it and the results are amazing hopefully mine will turn out like that :)

I got 30mpg out of the 735 on a Dublin>Galway>Dublin run previously. Cruise was set at 80mph on the motorway and 80k of the journey was back roads (Ballinaslow (:D) > Menlough return). Thought that was pretty decent for a two tonne 3.5 V8. ;)

Off topic and still motor related:

Really wish I had the time to get at the Civic to give her a good clean, clay, polish and wax but I don't have the time even though it's a really sunny day. Also annoying is that my new house doesn't have an outside tap for a pressure washer...

I actually got my car nicely washed few days ago. It was still spotless all this time. then I sow a huge cloud of dust and sand coming from fields... Look at the car....

    FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!
