if a film is scheduled for 2pm, will it start at that time or will it be 215 etc because of trailers?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no! Have seen upwards of fifteen minutes of ads before, but other times barely five (the Ghibli films recently, for example). As a general rule of thumb, Id say the new releases are likely to have a full set of ads, while classic or one off screenings will have less, if any at all.

I've yet to see Grave Of The Fireflies, but My Neighbour Totoro is a beautiful heartwarming film. If you want to exit with a smile a mile wide, check it out.
