Anyone have an idea where the physical office of the Records Department for GUH is? UCHG, Merlin Park or elsewhere?

There are separate charts for UCHG/Merlin Park. Best UCHG a call who can put you through to Medical Records department there.

The offices for birth certs, etc, are at the clinic on the Shantalla side.

I don't know about other records, but presumably they could tell you at reception in the hospital.
