lavender in tablet form

    Has anyone used lavender pills for anxiety/insomnia? I am not sure if they are available here but seen some research that said they were as good as a named benzo.

    I am not recommending them just wanty to know if anyone

    1 Got them in reland
    2 Used them

    A friend has insomnia caused by anxiety

    Lavender oil on the pillow would be good for sleeplessness. Have never heard of tablets though.

    here is a study comparing lavender preparation silexan with lorazepam. They say it is as good as lorazepam and lorazepam is a strong benzo

    It is good on pillow but easier in capsules
