    Ya I liked what I saw of Barron in the League match. I don't mind Clare winning though because they need that boost they'd get from a win. I'd hate to see their great U-21's turn to ****e all and leave Munster between Tipp, yerselves and Cork for another few years.

    Limerick have a decent side too and Dowling was looking like the new Joe Canning for a while there.

    I'm not a "buyrate guy" but Linda Martin v Twink would easily break 1m+ buys domestic. Don't even get me started on the massive European market.

    I'll tell ya something though, if I miss a championship match my next best place to watch it is in the off topic thread in a pro-wrestling forum. A nice change of pace from yer video game talk.

    A lot of people were expecting Clare to step-up big-time today and granted there's still a whole half of hurling left it hasn't been very impressive. McGrath especially has done nothing.

    Not one paper I read today had us winning. Even the lads here on telly seem half disappointed that Clare aren't doing better. Suits us fine though.
