    not for the op.

Why not? He doesn't cheat. That's good, surely?

Unless he's seeing the bartender guy with tattoos and shorts:eek:

Seeing someone doesnt mean you have a girl/boyfriend?
Im glad all this is behind me :pac:

It just means they've gone on a few dates and it could progress into a relationship...

    Aw no :(

Yeah. I am actually quite sad about it. I've been gathering up the courage to ask him out for a while now. Months to be exact. I didn't bother before because my friend liked him too. But then she moved to Palestine so I thought, well, no more conflict of interest...oh well. At least now I know. I can move on to the other gingers of the world.

PS: His colleague said he gets asked out a lot. Maybe he was just letting me down gently. He looked really apologetic. Now I am just consoling myself... I know. Let me be.

Well in all honesty, it's a while since I've been on the dating scene myself, but "I'm seeing someone" implies a more casual relationship, whereas if he had said "Sorry, I have a girlfriend" it would imply a more long term thing.*

*This could be complete bullshit, but I'm taking the optimistic route here....

God ye have it all sussed. If I can say "back in my day" we wouldnt have been brave enough to do that.

    Well done :)

Probably one of the worst places to move to if a lack of conflict is what she's after...

Good on you for going for it. Don't worry, you'll find someone else you like, and now you know you have the balls to go for it :)

After our third date I asked my boyfriend were we still seeing other people etc...he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes, together 2 months today.

He only told me recently that he didn't want to ask me out so soon, but thought I was fishing for him to ask me :o I was mortified.
