Hey, does the usualy "Breakdown Cover/Assistance" cover flat battery and would they come and jump start it? If I am with First Ireland brokers, I paid 30 euro a year for extras. Would they do it?

Usually covers flat battery alright. If in doubt give them a call.

Maybe not at your house! At least the AA charge more for home start.

    Just play dumb...
Oh golly gosh, my car just won't start and I don't know whatever could be the matter with it!

It should be covered, I'm sure I called the breakdown cover attached to my wifes police once for something similar.

Used breakdown cover for this at home before. Played dumb even though I knew that lights had been left on. Guy called to house put a battery pack on and away I went! Don't ask when u call.

Ended up starting car fine, might give them a call tomorrow though, seems like my battery is dead, it loses charge eveyr second. 10 seconds of AC full blowing on battery and it's flat. Oh well..
