Imagine, you are about to come on to a roundabout with the kids in the back and one of these clowns comes flying around car screeching and the back wheel of the car in the air.... How do you feel ??

Here in france repeated car offences and your in jail. Drink driving and you could end up in jail...

It doesnt completely cut it out but definitely not as much of it i.e. boy racers, in France...

Not promoting frogland but for certain stuff...

If memory serves, was a couple in France sent to jail for letting guests of a dinner party they were hosting drive off drunk, who subsequently became involved in a fatal accident? I thought that was a tad harsh, myself.

A rickshaw powered by a man running, versus a hatchback car, and the rick shaw won.

And you ring up Joe to complain. I'd be too embarrassed to tell anyone that happened.

If you serve people alcohol and then let them knowingly drink drive causing an accident, you are held responsible, yes.

Funny how it is only taxi drivers who are ringing Joe with bad experiences of rickshaws. Taking their business more like. Wonder if non-taxi drivers will ring in with bad experiences

No! Actually the French laugh at Portuguese women for being hairy. They say they don't shave their underarms.

(Some of the 1968 generation may not shave)
