    I agree with this man.. A load of scumbags in the local town are the same... but you cant just make sweeping statements without evidence on the radio... I mean it's not a Prime Time Special Investigation..

    This is sad stuff but completely true.
    I know tipp very well and its awash with these little bastards.
    Its basically a social and culturel problem, how can this be changed ?
    Some people take care of it themselves, i dont condone it but the guards arent bothered.

    They do put a lot of time and money in to making their cars illegal... Fupn clowns with orange headlights.. If the guards see somebody like that, endangering lives with blinding headlights, just to make their car look "cool", they are obviously not mature even to be driving a car..

    He's being too general with the "they're all boy racers" stuff. However, I can understand his point of view, because that's a horrible thing to happen to any family. Not all car enthusiasts are arseholes on the road. The guards should do more about the ones that are, and the genuine car enthusiasts would appreciate that as much as anyone I'm sure.
