Triax tsc 114 - terrestrial channels not 16:9

    Just installed a triax tsc 114.

    Finding it ok so far.

    Tuned in saorview channels, but the are not showing in widespread (16:9) at all. What can I do to fix it?

    this annoys me too. you can change the display to full screen in the setting and this will fix it. however sometimes if you are watching 4:3 programmers on satellite it stretches the image so you might want to change back to 16:9 setting in menu temporarily. doesn't look like we are going to get an software update to fix this anytime soon

    Thanks, that worked....

    Also, why does it take so long for the epg to show program info. It seems I have to select it from the epg for the program name to show up?

    I presume you mean the satellite channels as the saorview channels should have the 7 day epg. you have to select the sat channel to get the now/next epg as far as i know because info is downloaded from each channel individually as opposed to freesat or sky epg which are all downloaded automatically for all channels. as this is only free to air reviever for satellite not a freesat approved you will have to put up with.
