Xhamster.com will satisfy all your needs :)

Tumblr is where it's at for me, quality stuff. Or was until yahoo bought it. Now they're starting to filter out the more, ahem, "niche" blogs....

I mean, in this day and age, you've got to have a decent Internet speed. It's practically impossible to **** along with a slutty Filipino teenage girl on a cam site if you've got less than 1MB Internet speed. Or so I've heard.... :)

Don't hold your breath, we're paying for 8MB and getting about 1.5MB  They said 'We'll contact you as soon as Fibre Optic is available. Better hurry the fcuk up!

I was talking to my next door neighbour who has the same eircom package I've ordered before I rang them up. She says they get a slowdown in the evening, goes down to between 4 & 5 MB. Which would still be five times faster than I'm getting from Imagine. The slutty young wans in Manila won't be able keep up the pace with me if/when the fibre broadband arrives!!

    UPC wanker :)

Seriously though, that's the sort of Internet speed that the whole country should be able to get access to, not just whoever lives in areas in Dublin, Galway & limerick that UPC deign to provide service to...

Porto have apparently agreed a deal to sell Joao Moutinho and Rodriguez to Monaco for 70 million.

To avoid paying Sporting much of a 25% sell on fee on Moutinho though, they've set his transfer fee at 1m, with Rodriguez's at 69m.

What a club of Delboy's!!! :pac:

Sporting will receive 250k instead of the probable 10m! :D

Went to the Chinese to get a 3in1, get home, open it and what is it?! Chicken fried rice... Worst moment of my life

Ha ha you need curry sauce. Can't have that dry.

Hard to best a good trio, especially walking home from the local on a cold night.

I could live on curry. Curry chip rolls for lunch and 3in1s for dinner. Heaven :p

Backing Federer each way for the French Open at 18/1.

The place part is huge. 50/50 chance he won't get Nadal/Djokovic in the semi & even if he does 9/1 to reach the final is probably too big

Federer avoids both Nadal & Djokovic in the tennis. I want to kiss whoever made that draw.

As long as Nadal is fit and well he will never be beaten at the French Open.

Arrive home to a letter from the building society saying our mortgage interest rate has been cut by approximately 1.25%, result... No idea what it'll mean financially as they didn't specify & the payment doesn't go out until the first Friday of a month, but either way I'm off to the offie to get some celebratory beers. Galway Hooker perhaps, or a couple of bottles of O'Haras. Better get some West Coast Cooler for herself, pint for the gentleman, fruit based drink for the lady and all that...

    Happy days!

Dont waste your €€€€ on O'Hara's, get the Guinness in, the good stuff.

You must have been on some high fixed rate. No lender is cutting their interest rate. But nice all the same.

Had a few last night (thirsty Thursday) so quite tonight. Saw about 50 of those ipa ales I see yee on about. Will try one. They are pricey, strong and an acquired taste I reckon.

In some countries, working past beer o ' clock on a Friday is a criminal offence. You'll need to take this up with your employer me thinks. Maybe talk to citizens advice.

We had a fixed rate of close to 5.6%, did it years ago & never thought any more of it... Gone to the variable rate now, big difference, it'll take a good few hikes to get us back up to that old fixed interest rate again so I'm well happy....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 516 ✭✭✭carmanard

Only two bottles of Galway Hooker left in the shop, had to buy them... Problem is that two Galway Hookers just isn't enough for a night in, so it'll be up to lidl for some franziskaner too I reckon... Sorry Droidman, I don't mean to taunt... :)

That's a nice drop. That will save you plenty.

I'm gonna be the boring one & suggest you keep your payments at what they currently are. Trust me, if you run the figures through a spreadsheet & see how much interest you'll save it'll make your head spin.

Sound financial advice, even without running the figures it makes sense to try keep paying around what we already were & chip away at it that bit sooner... Or just use the money to buy magic beans instead, they're a guaranteed winner.. :)
